NEWSLETTER - JULY 2019

2019-07-11

It was noted to me that I had not sent out a summary or newsletter in quite a while. So here you go.

My last Newsletter had me unknown as to when I was again going to leave the country. My last trip was to St. Lucia in March. Since then I have wandered around New England. Not really a lot to say about that, although I did write a small post on our local town's parade (see my website)

My plan is to run away from home again August 5th. I will fly to Ireland and travel with a friend (Special Agent Nancy) and maybe a few others here and there. August will be Ireland / Scotland and England. In September I will be traveling solo, probably seeing a few other places in England, including the base where my dad was stationed during World War II.

From England, I will probably head to Belgium, then eventually into Spain, Portugal and maybe Morocco. But, as with my plans, everything will probably change. My bike has over 100,000 miles and is in need of some more major maintenance. If it keeps running, I could end up storing my bike in Spain or even Croatia.

If nothing else, I will be back in the states in time for Thanksgiving, to be followed by a week in Belize. With any luck, I will be gone again before Christmas, heading slowly to Fiji for some SCUBA with friends.

Look for updates in August on my website. I will occasionally e-mail updates and Newsletter's.

But, as always, Bob plans and the God's laugh.
